Covenant Building Maintenance was originally founded under the name First Class Cleaning Service in 1987. After a series of mergers and acquisitions the name was rebranded in 2008 into Covenant Building Maintenance. This name was chosen because it reflected the core values of the organization better. Since 2009 Covenant Building Maintenance has entered a phase of rapid expansion. We have retained our clients at an unparalleled rate of over 98%.
We are licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and are fully insured. The company currently provides service to clients in Northern Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, and the Panhandle of West Virginia and employs over 70 individuals to service the needs of our loyal clients.
Covenant Building Maintenance prides itself on providing clients with the support they need to maintain a clean, healthy work environment. We do this by providing well trained staff, experienced management and supervision, and solid leadership. Furthermore, we continue to add leading edge tools to ensure that we offer the quality that our clients deserve and the transparency that confirms our integrity.
Calvin Gant
President and Sales Manager – began his cleaning business in 1987, then known as First Class Cleaning Service. In 2004, Calvin and his wife Dawn merged their business with another successful cleaning company in the Winchester area.

Vice-President and General Manager – who had started Covenant Building Maintenance, (CBM, Inc.) bringing with them the solid customer base and faithful employees servicing those accounts. Many of these customers and employees have been with Calvin since he began in business in 1987. They all stand ready to work for you in creating a cleaner environment for your business.
